Takes way longer than usually to deliver rewards

We are currently delivering rewards between 20 to 30 working days since they were redeemed. 
The processing takes a while due to the high number of requests and time limitations imposed by our rewards partner. 

Even so, we will continuously try to improve our timings so that our members can enjoy their rewards sooner.
