Takealot vouchers redeemed n the 9th and 14 sept

I am here so sad and angry. my brother redeemed, takealot vouchers on the 9th of September, on their panel it is written that it will take 20 to 30 days to get the voucher but even today nothing. I don't understand why it is taking longer. He tried to contact them there's no email to update him what is going on,
