Surveys

I always check daily for new survey and it is hard to complete due to rejection, so I finally get a notification from my email to complete a survey worth 1300 point I managed to complete it fully. A day later I go and try to claim this reward, I find 1290 deducted apparently its an incorrect amount allocated for the study, but on my surveys it's still this amount like how is it wrong.
