Slow payouts
The site us good in that it has frequent surveys and reward opportunities are are common but the reward payments are a massive problem. The site takes too long to pay out for rewards and their new rewards payout program is even slower than the last one which was already a problem. I would only recommend this site for someone who does not mind doing surveys today and only getting the rewards for their time a month a half later.

Our current rewards process is impacted by the number of requests we receive, but also by time limitations imposed by our partner.
I understand that at the moment it is slow and it can bring dissatisfaction with our members. This is why we are making sure to set the right expectations from the moment a reward is redeemed, by properly communicating the processing timings.
We hope to improve this process in the near future so our members can enjoy their rewards sooner.
