Shoprite/checkers rewards not honored

I am very disappointed with enlighten survey panel, what used to be a great service and they used to give the vouchers on time back in the days in 2***. My former employment kept me busy I had to unsubscribe but I found new employment with flexible schedule and decided I I decided to subscribe again.

I did some surveys and decided to claim my vouchers on the 16th of September, 3 days later I received an email that my Shoprite/checkers vouchers will be delivered within 20-30 working days. I waited until the 30 working days were up but still no vouchers, I contacted enlighten panel but only to told the following:

First, we sincerely apologize for the extended wait time.

Our rewards partner is currently experiencing some unexpected delays, and unfortunately, we do not have an estimated delivery date at this moment.

Please rest assured that we are closely monitoring the situation, and you will receive your voucher as soon as it becomes available.

Advise to all that wants to take surveys, do so if you wanna give your points for charity or just wanna waste time because you will not get the vouchers. one person wrote review that its been over 2 years and still no voucher. so its up to you if you will continue doing the surveys with no rewards
