Rewards waiting period needs to be fixed

It a great opportunity good service also would have given 5 stars but they need to fix the waiting period for sending incentives you redeem your vouchers and wait a week for them to tell you that you need to wait an extra 30 days.Not good at all we redeem it because we want to use it 7 days should be enough please fix that.
