Rewards taking too long
The waiting period for rewards is too long, it can take even 2 months just to receive a 50rand voucher, this issue must be resolved

I hear you when you say that rewards can take a bit longer to arrive. This is due to the high number of requests and the time limitations imposed by our partner.
Even so, we will continuously try to improve our timings so that our members can enjoy their rewards sooner.
