Rewards and Surveys

Good morning Please note that i have not received my airtime reward yet and in the past i never struggled with receiving my rewards. This days i rarely qualify for surveys and i am wondering if there is something wrong or maybe i just do not qualify. I am rating you 4 stars. Kind regards
