Redeemed Vouchers not coming

I have completed surveys, and up until recently i have never had issues with redeeming vouchers and the vouchers being sent to me.

In January and again in February, I redeemed vouchers, before the 15th which is the cut off date according to the website, in order for you to receive the voucher after 10 days of processing. Til this day i have not received a voucher and have sent 3 emails, through the website and there has been no response. However on a daily basis, i receive notifications of surveys that need to be completed. So its all good the work is done but the reward or incentive not provided.
