Promises of rewards don't materialise
I have spent my time completing many questionnaires for this company based on their promised rewards of vouchers for points accumulated.
I attempted to redeem my points for a Woolworths voucher on 4/12/2017 and even though these points have been deducted from my profile, I STILL haven't received my voucher.
I have completed a complaint form on their website and sent 2 emails, but I just get ignored.
Am I just being taken for a ride? Will I EVER receive the promised rewards?

10 Jan 2018, 15:55After posting this complaint, Enlighten Panel resolved the problem I have been trying to resolve since 20/12/2017. Hellopeter definitely helps resolve issues that consumers have.
