problem sovled

i have laid a complain regarding the redeemed voucher not coming, it was on the 31/07/2018 and the following day i received a feedback from enlighten regarding the matter, they told me when i will receive the voucher and apologized for the delay, with reasons ofcos, but unfortunately the voucher did not come on the day they promised me, but they sent an sms notifying me when i will receive the voucher again they advised that they having technical problems, well i am happy to say that i indeed i received the voucher on the same day they promised which is 06/08/2018, now i am very happy with the enlighten team, and i hope in future they will ovoid such problems...thank you enlighten panel team for honoring your promises..
