Not that good
My problem is I don't qualify for many surveys and the reward comes after a long time which should take 1 week

We really appreciate your feedback.
Sometimes you get invited to projects which are focused on a specific target group. It can happen for you to not be part of that target, which is why you do not qualify.
But don’t worry, we have a lot of projects and I’m sure you’ll qualify for a survey soon!
Regarding our rewards processing time, please be aware that these are imposed by our rewards partner and can be affected by the large number of requests. Even so, rest assured that we are constantly trying to improve our timings so we can bring joy with our rewards.
