Not so Rewarding
So what started off a couple of years ago as a really good partnership with Enlighten panel has turned into a really frustrating and disappointing one. The level of disrespect that this company shows me on a daily basis is actually shocking. Extremely late with delivering my rewards, dont respond timeously to emails, when they do their responses are pathetic, unapologetic and condescending!!!! I have to always chas them for feedback but without fail, everyday they send me more surveys to partake in as if their non delivery does not exist. Absolutely pathetic
