Not receiving payment

Hello

I have been doing surveys for quite some time now on Enlighten Panel. The first few R50 vouchers I did receive. However, the last R100 Makro voucher I never received. I sent various emails and tried to contact them numerous times and received no response. I have now claimed another R50 voucher that should be processed in 2 days time, but I received no SMS to confirm that I have claimed it like they normally do.

I am disappointed as the surveys take some time and the payment is not coming through.
