No vouchers - no communication.

They actually deserve no stars. That 1 star is too much. I've been waiting for my vouchers since last year December. No communication from the Enlighten team. They send emails asking you if you have received your vouchers, if not give them 24hours to give you feedback. Days later they have still not given feedback. All their problems would go away if they just communicated - respond to emails.
