No vouchers as promised
Good day
I told that my vouchers would be processed on the 15th and 10days later I would receive them.
To date I have not received them.
This is really not great service.

Please be advised that vouchers are processed once a month, which is on the 15th, and are sent out within 10 working days from the 15th, thus vouchers will be sent out no later than by the 30th of September, which will be the 10th working day from the 15th of September.
