No rewards for completed Surveys
I have completed numerous surveys from the enlighten panel which I did find fun however last week, I completed a few surveys, with the Cool drink and the Colds & Flu Survey to be specific and received no reward for them which was rather a waste of my time (15 - 20 minutes per survey). <br> <br> I wrote up to the Enlighten Panel and they sent me my participation history and it shows that I did not complete them. I am not sure if I am the only one who experienced this but to the people who does take these surveys, please be aware as you could be doing a survey for no reward.

Our Data Team has investigated this matter further. They have confirmed that you did indeed successfully complete the survey on Cool Drinks and you were awarded these points.
Regarding the Cold and Flu Survey, we have exported the entire data file and gone through all responses from all panelists. We were unable to locate any responses from you in the data file meaning you did not complete this survey. As you know and as per our terms and conditions, you are only awarded points for the surveys you successfully complete. Should you screen out or not complete the survey, then unfortunately you will not receive any points.
Our Panel Manager will be in contact you shortly to explain the above in more details.
