No response on email queries

Third support ticket opened for me and almost 3 months down the line but I still do not have a response or feedback on my query. But you can send me new surveys to complete and remind me to redeem my points before the 15th.

I have redeemed two vouchers already and til this day have not received either of them.

Really considering to deactivate my account, it's unfair nand annoying that I do surveys for nothing.
