Missing Points, Emails Not Attended To...

What is happening with Enlighten Panel? After the migration to the new platform things just went haywire. I have been writing them emails and no one cares to respond to my emails. My points are missing and don't appear on the new platform, I have no history in the new platform and new surveys that I have done have added no points. My points are zero on the new platform. Now Enlighten Panel's website is not there, I can't find it.
