I need my points

Enlighten panel is so good I highly recommend it. But I have a huge problem. So far I have done skin care surveys 3 times and I haven't received my points. It seems like they have problem because whenever I am done completing it I always don't see it anywhere but When I complete it I take screenshots and send them since I always have that problem . Now they keep ignoring me. And they always make sure other surveys paying better I don't complete them. Thry don't even send me surveys paying about R500 or 1000 like others does. But most importantly I need my skincares surveys points. I have send prove completing.
