Gift Cards Not Redeemable

Everything with these guys seems to be a mess lately. The old platform was better and simple. The migration has really messed up things instead of improving them. I have gift cards that I cannot redeem and have been thrown from pillar to post. Been told to contact the rewards sponsor myself and no attempts to give me the sponsor's contact details, which I don't have. I am really disappointed.
