Enlighten Unable to login

I have been a member of Enlighten for many years but since they moved to a new platform I have a problem login in. They send me surveys but it says login details incorrect. I know it is correct but clicked on password reset and reset it. The next survey it said login details incorrect again. I don't know how to contact enlighten because the e-mails just come back. I don't know what else to do.
