ENLIGHTEN TAKE A LOT

Enlighten Panel are as awesome as they always praise me whenever I complete each of their easy to complete surveys. They always send me my airtime vouchers without fail.

The problem is with Take a lot. In 2017 I redeemed R50 worth of Enlihten points to Take a lot and another R50 in 2018. When I tried to buy at Take a lot using the R100, Take a lot said I had R50 and could not buy. In 2019 I mistakenly redeemed another R50. When I checked my account at Take a lot on Thursday, it showed R0 credit. When I wrote to them to investigate they came back saying they cannot trace any of the vouchers. Take a lot is not a **** but a SKELEM!
