Enlighten Panel vouchers

I am highly unhappy with Enlighten Panel. On many occasions when I claimed from my points I have to chase tthem to get or they will either send part of it. They also tell you that its been send to your number and there's nothing on my messages. I don't know if they ***** it when you dont query it. I'm really unhappy with their service because they don't but you data to complete these surveys. They say you must expect you claim between 20 to 30 days that is too long and I could wait but when I have to chase them for it then it's a problem. When you get selected for a certain study they say you will be paid on completing and there is also vouchers for the selected few and when you query who won those vouchers you don't a response from them. Again I'm asking are they *****ing from their participants? I hope their businesses partners are aware of what Enlighten Panel does to their participants.
