Enlighten blocking email

I have been a member of Enlighten survey panel for many years. Since they have moved to a new platform, I can't find their website. Therefore I cannot do surveys. They owed me a voucher and sent it to me, with an email address to contact them on. When I contacted them to find out what happened to their website, they blocked me. Surely they could have informed me of what the situation is? I am very disappointed in them
