EMPTY PROMISES
I am so disappointed in the Enlighten Panel. I redeemed for an airtime voucher in June and still haven't received it. I have sent countless emails with no response. I am so frustrated as they keep sending surveys to be completed but they don't keep their promises.

We’ve recently upgraded a few systems to give you more options for more rewards, but unfortunately no good deed goes unpunished, and now you are suffering the consequences.
