Emails bounce back, new platform does not work.

Enlighten was great when I started but since moving to new platform. I can't log in to do survey, keeps saying incorrect password, I know it correct but say forgot password, no email comes through to reset password. If you send them an email by responding to a survey sent, the email bounces back. I don't know what else to do.
