Disappointing experience

I have been using enlighten for years and I have always been a happy customer but now they have suspended my account and I told them that I did nothing wrong and I have proof,I was sent an email to send my ID so I can get my account back but they have not responded which is really disappointing because I had points I wanted to redeem but I can’t .I would not recommend using it
