Didn’t get my vouchers

Hi, i claimed kfc reward voucher on the 15 January 2024, I didn’t receive the voucher then i logged a complaint then i was told my voucher was send to my number on the 31 January and i was surprise how come I didn’t get any sms and i thought the vouchers are send via email not sms, so i asked at least to change my numbers since well I didn’t receive the sms and i was not answered till this day.

And also i claimed R1000 nedbank and i am afraid that I won’t get it , since the kfc voucher I didn’t get it. Are your vouchers send via sms or email ?cous im confused
