Delay Vouchers and unfair surveys

I requested Vouchers since last year December and still waiting and everytime they send email a support has been created on your behalf fo tracking purpose. It goes on and on and still waiting for the vouchers. They send you surveys to do and to win points but when you click on the first question then they kick you out and saying you did not qualify i mean seriuosly why impliment something like this and person must wait over a long period for vouchers and send serveys that you didnt evenstart with one question then they kick you out????
