Customer Service Please???

Feeling the exact same way as most other people. I don't know if my reward was processed using the correct number since they don't tell you anywhere that Nedbank vouchers are sent through sms. Out of all my emails to ask, only the first where they told me they use sms was answered.. After years building up points especially for this reward, now I have no idea whether I'll actually receive it or not.
