Claimed voucher not received.

I am very disappointed with this company, I did about 4 surveys and claimed a vodacom voucher worth R55, they said if you claimed before the 15th of the month, they will process the voucher within 10 working, I send the message to them as a reminder but still they never get back to me. I claimed this voucher last month and now I'm asking myself whether this company is legit or not
