Be ashamed...

I was issued 8, R50 Take-a-lot vouchers from Enlighten Panel. When trying to use these vouchers I was told they had already been redeemed. I have never bought anything from Take-a-lot so I then queried with Take-a-lot . I was told to go back to Enlighten. As to date I have only had apologies and "my query has been escalated". After numerous e-mails and absolutely no customer satisfaction I am done with Enlighten. Stay away from them, they waist your time and energy and are not an honest company at all. Be ashamed!!
