Airtime voucher not sent.
I have not received the R50 telkom mobile voucher that I requested on the 7th of March. It's the 18th today and I still haven't received it. My username is @***.

As per communication on our website, vouchers are processed on the 15th of the month to be delivered within 10 working days from the 15th. Even though we experienced delays on our end the voucher w=has been sent to you accordingly.
