POOL LEFT UNCOMPLETE AND POOR WORKMANSHIP

Louis from Enkeldon Construction gave me a quotation to build a new pool...we both signed and accepted. Labour and all material included including the pump and instellation thereof. They built the pool, did the marblite and just left it like that. He never came to install the pump after I paid him, the marblite is uneven and stained and the paving is not even filled properly. He also never painted the paving as included in the quote. When I confront him I am told that he underquoted me and therefore he cannot finish the pool for the amount he quoted me. I am told that I will only see them again if I buy a pump and pay him to install it. Dont trust these contractors, it took them 2 months to build the po to where it is, lie after lie and having to beg them to come finish which they never did!
