They post jobs on the Internet which require you to do a task in order to be shortlisted, the task is about 2 - 3 pages long detailing how you will handle a project or coordinate an event, basically giving them ideas, after submission no one hears from them, they take the ideas and use them. this is so unfair, considering how the SA job market it. THEY NEED TO STOP! They keep advertising positions which are never field.
