Livid!

This company misleads you in their product ads, one assumes the goods you have purchased are sold/dispatched from South Africa, same country as ordered in! No people believe me, the goods come from China, but you are promised 'EXPRESS DELIVERY'! Oh Yes! their express delivery from goods ordered 24 Sep 20 and still not delivered on 07 Oct 20 is 'EXPRESS'...YES I AM LIVID, after sending an email enquiring about my order, I am given the 'new normal' blame it on covid etc blah, blah blah and told to follow up with the courier company...NO! something is wrong with this picture! I would suggest you rather think twice before you buy from this company if they are persistent in not being transparent about their processes. I am the idiot for not following my warning instincts - do not go this path of ordering!
