Horrible experience, bad service

This is by far the worst hotel/ BnB I have ever stayed at. The bed was broken, the air-conditioning was broken, the room linen is stained, they have no extra blankets or throws, the food comes without plates and salt just in polystyrene containers (food we paid for). The staff at reception really do not care and worst off, everything is done at a snails pace!

I have never experienced such nonsense at an establishment. So horrified.
