Beware: You may not receive your breakage deposit of R1000 back.

Be careful when paying a breakage deposit with Enigma lifestyle apartments. We stayed for one night, paid R1000 breakage fees. I was told the refund would be paid back in 7 working days from the day we left which was the 30 November. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I called the office and the receptionist told me they never did refund. I, then received a email to tell me they were going to do a EFT. 5 days later and I am still waiting on the refund. I called again and the receptionist told me the request has been sent to the accountants department. My question is " How much longer do I have to wait FOR MY MONEY!" I feel ******.
