Terrible experience at enigma beauty clinic KC

I visited the above salon today and was very promptly assisted, despite my not having an appointment. Unfortunately, this is the only positive thing about this salon in kenilworth centre, Cape Town. I was seen to by an inept beautician, who clearly had no prior experience, as she messed up my entire face with wax and thereafter made it worse by scrubbing my skin trying to remove it. She then ripped out half my eyebrow, until finally going to ask a second beautician for assistance. Unfortunately the damage had already been done, and nothing could be done to improve the catastrophe. Although I did not pay, this does not make it okay. It causes significant embarrassment due to the obvious fact it is on my face for the whole world to see. The attitude from both beauticians was appalling, actually tried to pretend there was no error. For anyone considering using this beauty salon, I urge you to rethink. They are expensive and definitely not worth it. It is no small thing to put your face in the hands of such obvious unskilled technicians.
