Poor service delivery

I had the contractor come in and do builtings for me which was done in the most haphazard way with draws cut wrong sizes and edgings not done to doors missing *****s and hinges held by one ***** to *****s of the hinges *****ed into wood filler which is unstable...when asked for a refund after I told the contractor stop ..I was refused bases on the contract .. however the clause stipulates a 3 month warranty which I pointed out to the contractor..still no response...the contract also stipulates no refund once all materials are purchased and to this point materials are missing..the contract further more says duration is between +-15 days however this took 2 months and still a disaster it's not completed..
