Unsatisfied still wainting most probably a ****!!!

i have order from them and I am still waiting to receive my goods from them and it has been more than a month already. if I send emails I either get no reply. I received an email a week after I ordered from them they said my necklace is ready to be sent a week later I send an email to find out what is going on they say that my order is only at the engravers now so what is it now is it ready or ant engravers? now I have been sending emails for about a week and now I don't get replies they have even removed their contact number from their page. There is now no way to get hold of them except for email which they do not answer this is unacceptable and I am sure this place is a ****.
