The worst service ever! How RUDE!

The worst customer service i have ever experienced!! I placed an order on the 23 November 2018 and have still not received my stuff. At the end of November i was told that my items were with the cutters! Does it take 5 months to cut a simple name chain??? i have since sent numerous emails but have not received any response. Looks like my money was chowed! *********** - will never recommend to anyone! By the way this was meant as a gift - had to find a replacement gift because these people have not delivered.
