Pathetic Service and ***********

I have placed an order, received a tracking number but when I checked to see where my parcel is, it says the shipment was cancelled a month ago, order was placed on 28Jan,14 Feb it was supposedly shipped on tracking number UN ********** 79CN but when I check it says 15Feb shipment was cancelled. Have emailed them numerous times but get no response.
