Pathetic service

Pathetic service.. Ordered 14 November 2018, 20 February 2019 haven't received my order or tracking no. Several e-mails send.either they send there conditions of service (which do not sort out my problem)) or don't reply on your e-mails. Don't want to refund my money either.

Please don't buy from these people.
