Never recieve my parcle

Hi i have placed an order on the 16th of November 2018 from engrave me gifts it has been three months i never recieve my parcle as yet according to the tracking number that is LB ********** 10SG its in jhb int hub i want to know how to i get it to me it has been there for 2 months and i dont have a contact number for them to call can someone please help. Thanks.
