Engrave Me Gifts - Disgusting Service

I ordered a Christmas Gift on November 23rd, 2018 - shipping time should have been 21 working days - I have followed up numerous amounts of time via email and to date have not received feedback on where my order is.

I recieved a system generated email once the company reopened in the new year which made note that customers should not post negative comments on delayed orders - we should be patient our orders will be on its way - 2 weeks later and several emails later NOTHING.
