Avoiding my mails- refund request 11 July 2016

<p>In order to be noted as a TEFL teacher, there are a certain amount of practical hours that need to be done in front of real ESL students. The shoddy lecturer took a short cut and didn't inform us of the negative implications of this. We conducted lectures in front of fellow students. R10000 for the course, some of my colleagues let it slide and are now attending practices in addition to the above expenses. I continue to pay, knowing that the TEFL certificate is not 100% credible, I have asked for a refund and am subsequently being ignored by KAI DREWS of English access who was very happy to follow up when he wanted to take my money, but now that I want it back he is MUM</p>
