Conned Money without Delivery

Three week as ago, I have been conned for buying a used Ford Ranger T6 Engine and Rear leaf springs. I was given a quotation for the above and promised to deliver to Zambia in two weeks. I was made to pay through their sales representative MIKE Mahlangu Mazithulele who has stopped answering calls nor whatsapp messages. The lst communication with him he says the truck was at border without any details. My request for valid documentation of the items at the border remain unanswered to date.
