Need my refund

I bought an engine in December and it was not working Lyle the lying manager who **** to me that he only has been working there for 2 months keeps delaying our refund with endless excuses, loadshedding we have no power, head office has made the payment ALL LIES. they have their engine and my money and my car is at the workshop since December this company doesn't care a rats ass about their costumers by the way it was my first time buying from them if you know what's good for you stay away from engines for Africa
